Brittney Balderas is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and safe therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and sharing openly. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and believes healing and growth occur when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
Brittney works primarily with children and adolescents navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and behavioral difficulties. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and developmentally appropriate. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy techniques to help clients develop insight, emotional regulation skills, and healthy coping strategies.
Brittney takes a holistic approach to counseling, supporting each client’s emotional well-being while equipping them with practical tools to build confidence, resilience, and independence beyond the therapy room.
Brittney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Texas Baptist University and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University in May 2025.
Brittney is passionate about supporting children and teens in a safe, playful, and nurturing environment where they can grow, heal, and develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges.
